Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a junior salesperson to join our team. You will be the main driver of our B2B sales efforts, and help to make CFTE the number one choice for Fintech education and training for professionals worldwide. You will also be representing CFTE, as the first point of contact, with our potential learners, who usually come from an amazing community of Fintech enthusiasts. The opportunity to widen your network is immense.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

- Converting leads into customers through various channels including online chat box, phone, and emails

- Meeting set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Organising and maintaining your own pipeline, ensuring nothing is missed

- Using CRM system to effectively document and track progress

- Contributing to building training programme for sales team, and creating scalable processes

- Contributing to the company's overall strategy

- Giving feedback to the product development team and marketing team to improve

 

Qualities and requirements:

- Minimum of 1- year experience in sales – we value face to face, telephone and high intensity experience

- Highly motivated sales professional

- Successful track record of hitting sales/ revenue targets

- A self-starter, motivated and hungry, ready to hit the ground running

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding telephone and email manners

- Be organised, responsible
