Singapore FinTech lending company looking for motivated individuals to join our fast-growing team as we expand regionally. You will join our dynamic Customer Service team in developing new business processes, and providing professional services to our potential, and existing clients.


Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Handle the full client onboarding process, and also our internal know your client (KYC) screening

- Assist in account opening and follow up on necessary documentation

- Assist Relationship Managers/ Digital Partnership team to service potential client account application

- Be the contact person for all client servicing related matters. i.e general account and monthly account transactional matters

- Assist in other ad-hoc duties & general administrative work as may be assigned

Requirements:

- Training will be provided

- No prior work experience required.

- Have a "Willing to learn" attitude

- Patient and client service-oriented, able to communicate effectively in English

- Self-motivated, able to work independently

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and software to handle daily operations
