Lintec & Linnhoff Holdings Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

1. sourcing vendors for merchandise, agencies etc.
2. supporting brochure designs – review artwork, content, proofread
3. supporting advertisements – review artwork, proofread
4. supporting press releases – proofread content copy and review photos
5. standardising marketing collaterals like power point presentations
6. preparing feedback forms
7. reviewing social media activities
8. providing events support – virtual and actual
9. creating survey forms
10. preparing project write ups
11. creating email marketing templates
12. tracking of marketing articles

Job Requirements:

• Open to ITE, Polytechnic and University graduates with focus in marketing
• 1 year related experience though not essential
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Requires minimal supervision and able to deliver within timelines
• Able to multi-task and possess pro-activeness
• Creative and has attention to details
