Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the core business manager to identify pain points and areas within our business processes that can be automated.

  • Research and explore various tools and technologies available for business process automation.

  • Test and iterate on the automation solutions to ensure they effectively address the identified pain points.

  • Document the automation process, including requirements, implementation details and performance of implemented automation solutions.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate necessary modifications to improve automation effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Must be a polytechnic graduate studying business administration or a university student.

  • Available for a full-time internship for a minimum period of 6 months.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze business processes for automation opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive automation projects forward.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with business process automation tools and technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
