Job Summary
Looking for a driven, proactive Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers and business owners love! You will define product roadmap(s), requirements and conduct user testings that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Plan product roadmaps
- Gather, accurately assess & define needs & requirements for product features from internal (e.g. staff in different departments) and external stakeholders (e.g. customers/ general public)
- Scope, prioritize features based on business & customer impact
- Schedule and assign requirements to engineers, closely follow up on work progress
- Conduct user testing & support upon completion of features each week
Requirements
- Relevant Product/ Tech background/ experience
- Experience in Auto-related industry/ ecommerce (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of software quality assurance/ technical support, software development life-cycle/ software engineering.
- Analytical problem-solver, detail- oriented & perfection-driven
- Strong communication skills (to communicate with all stakeholders & translate non-tech terminology to tech terminology & vice-versa) & able to understand perspectives of different users and prioritize needs
- Self-driven,proactive, team player, positive learning attitude
- Thrives & enjoys working fast under tight deadlines (we have a lot of exciting stuff to build) !
- Comfortable with ambiguity, highly adaptable (we are always finding better ways to do things!)
