CapitaLand – Intern, Investor Relations

You will be assisting the Investor Relations team with regular internal and external reporting, researching and analyzing market reports as well as support for CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in various matters including management reporting, sustainability reporting, financial reporting

• Assist in research of Singapore REITS and stock performance analyses

• Assist in preparation of slides and report typically related to the company’s financial performance, business operations, market trends, competitor comparisons as well as shareholder register analysis

• Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Preferred studies in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Able to communicate well and have strong sense of logic • Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization • Innovative spirit, strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, results driven and a proven track record of taking ownership
