Capital 16 – Intern Market Analyst

The Intern Candidate would have great communication skills and a solid expertise in research, market analysis, and due diligence. You are an analytical thinker who enjoys conducting research and consider yourself to be an expert on knowledge. You enjoy conducting research and writing industry reports for the company's investment decisions in the Southeast Asian markets, and you are thorough in the quality of the reports you generate.

Research Analyst Responsibilities

1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research and consultancy.
2. Maintain current knowledge of the sector and adjacent markets being investigated
3. Produce clear and actionable reports and recommendations for internal usage.
4. Provide recommendations on whether to acquire or sell companies based on market data.
5. When necessary, conduct on-the-ground research to acquire information
6. Qualifications for Research Analyst
7. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or economics is required.
8. Experience collecting, interpreting and organizing data
9. Ability to prepare extensive reports and present findings to companies with clear and concise action advice
10. Working knowledge of the target industry and market
11. Advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication
12. Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy
13. Ability to keep sensitive business financial information confidential
14. Because of headquarters company policy, selected candidates will be required to work from home in order to reduce transmission rates due to the current Covid situation. However, strict realistic timelines will be specified for assigned market research studies.
