BUTLER Singapore – Condo Concierge (Residences)

BUTLER - The World's Finest Hospitality Group is hiring the following position - Condo Conciege (Residential)

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and greet residents/guests/tenants in a professional manner.
2. Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
3. Communicate with tenants via email
4. Assist in overseeing the general cleanliness of the main lobbies and report to FCC on the breakdown of lifts/escalators
5. Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow
6. Assist with requests for transportation
7. Arrange for laundry pick up at Level 1(L1) Reception and delivery back to L1 Reception on behalf of residents
8. Recommendation of 3rd party vendors (housekeeping, tutors, catering, party planners, babysitting services, pet care, car services, pest control, etc.)
9. Wet weather assistance
10. Assist with recommendations and reservations at various restaurants, tourists attractions, hotels.
    
    Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 3 years as a Concierge in a hotel or private residence
• GCE “O” Levels and above or a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
