• Assist local IT team to provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users located in Singapore and in several offices across the country (remote support) 
• Support to ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy/guidelines 
• Support on corporate local projects 
• Other ad-hoc as and when assigned
