Job Description
- Assist local IT team to provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users located in Singapore and in several offices across the country (remote support)
- Support to ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy/guidelines
- Support on corporate local projects
- Other ad-hoc as and when assigned
