1. To design, prepare and quality check on all bakes, and ensure timely delivery2. To engage with customers, to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction3. To continually identify opportunities to optimise systems and team productivity.4. How a modern kitchen and e-commerce bakery runs, from marketing to delivery!*On the side (BONUS if you do well in your primary role):1.
