We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help us reach more parents, students, and educators through compelling and strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive student enrolments.
Manage and grow BlueTree Education’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Write and design EDMs, posters, brochures, and other marketing collaterals to support centre operations and events.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and update website content and landing pages.
Collaborate with the teaching and operations team to promote programmes and events (e.g. Open Houses, Holiday Workshops).
Work with external vendors such as designers, media buyers, or printers when needed.
Stay updated on education trends, competitor marketing, and parent expectations to inform content and messaging.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
Excellent written and spoken English; a flair for writing and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools , and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Passion for the education sector and working with children/families is a strong plus.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Basic photography or video editing skills
Experience running Facebook or Google ads
SEO knowledge or blog writing experience
To be able to read and write in chinese (have chinese tuition marketing)
