Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop engaging curricula for English, Math, and Science while also taking on the rewarding task of teaching classes. We are looking for someone who is eager to make a real difference in students’ lives and believes in the power of creative and effective education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and refine curricula for English, Math, and Science that meet the needs of our diverse student base.
- Create engaging lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to different learning styles.
- Teach classes for two of the following subjects: English, Math, Science.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them rediscover their love for learning.
- Regularly assess student progress and offer constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless curriculum delivery and an enjoyable classroom experience.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to teach two of the three subjects we offer (English/Math/Science) will lend favourable consideration
- Passionate about mentoring and guiding students, with a desire to help them achieve both academic and personal growth.
- Comfortable teaching in a classroom environment.
- Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend on a permanent basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
