Job Description

As a Recruitment consultant, your typical day starts from 9am to 6pm, carrying out tasks including headhunting for our valuable clients, as well as conducting phone interviews with applicants. Through this job, you will be able to enhance your ability in quick and detailed screening, interviewing skills, the ability to persuade others, as well as a big fat commission to bring home with you! Below is the detailed description of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Research & Identify Potential Clients 
  • Engage clients & candidates in relationship management activities 
  • Establish contact, negotiate terms, and partner client in their recruitment & HR activities 
  • Strategize & roll outsourcing plan to attract or hunt for suitable candidates for job openings 
  • Screen, interview, match & identify potential candidates
  • Coordinate & oversee the whole interview process
  • Manage the offer process & close the deal 
  • Plan, forecast, & fulfill sales targets 
  • Business development, account management, & candidate management

Requirements

  • Min Diploma holders
  • Able to converse well in English
  • Independent, self-motivating, and outgoing personnel
