Job Description

In this important position to maintain client's satisfaction of the company's services and products,
your responsibilities include:

  • To establish and secure the connection with newly onboard clients.
  • To ensure clients have a smooth transition from their old system to our new system.
  • To provide training for clients on our system
  • To inculcate trust in clients through excellent customer service skills.
  • To have keen eyes for identifying clients' problems and needs. Work actively with them to resolve their difficulties
  • To constantly learn from the clients' feedback to improve company's services and products

and we are looking for someone who/with:

  • Good command of spoken and written English is preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible and customer-oriented
  • Great problem solver and effective communicator, in face-to-face communication or even through phone calls
  • Enthusiastic and motivated person with high ability to multi-task and work under pressure
