Axinan Pte Ltd – e-Commerce Specialist

As our e-commerce strategy intern, you will get a chance to study our company's products and get exposure to a startup culture where we put ideas to work. You will have a chance to be creative and perhaps invent approaches to our e-commerce strategy, taking it from an idea form to fruition where you can see the results of your labor! 

What you will be doing :

• Identify best method to market our products on multiple e-commerce platforms across the region. 
• Manage the product content on those platforms including managing the performance for each e-commerce store site, drive short-term solutions, in both store management and marketing strategy.
• Need to maintain line of communication with operations on a daily basis such as checking in with warehouse contact across the region for inventory management and verification of products. 
• Planning the marketing strategy for new products. 
• Handling customers’ enquiry and orders across the regional markets. 
• These responsibilities will include all administrative tasks associated with the e-commerce platforms. 

What you will have : 

• Innovative and creative to think out of the square and make it work. 
• Attention to detail from process execution to communication to product content. 
• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written). 
• A third language Bahasa Melayu or Indonesia, is a plus.
• Available on an immediate basis preferred.
