Job Description

Job description 

• To assist in the administrative management of a Committee of over 200 Government Affairs and Market Access professionals and related working groups – meeting minutes, action items, follow up communications.

• Project management support for Government Affairs and Market Access projects:

  • Media Monitoring and Engagement: This includes working with a PR agency on media engagement and consolidating inputs from relevant Committee members.
  • Policy Intelligence: To assist in preparing policy intelligence reports with vendor in key markets across APAC and collating inputs from Committee members before publication.

• Internal and external Committee event management:

  • Annual Government Affairs and Market Access Workplan Seminar: to assist in pre-workplan planning (arranging interviews with leadership team, running surveys to collect members’ inputs) and event support.
  • Content development, speaker briefings and programme coordination for APACMed’s annual flagship event MedTech Forum, 5-6 Dec 2023

• Desktop research.

• Writing and communications.

Pre-requisites 

  • Completed GCE “A” levels (while awaiting university placement – full time internship) or rising 2nd year undergraduate or graduate candidate based in Singapore (part-time internship)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Independent thinker and worker, who also works well within teams.
  • Able to engage senior leaders and professionals confidently
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Organised, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in policy shaping or advocacy or healthcare would be advantageous
