Founded in 2009, Asia GMP is a Singapore incorporated corporation that specialises in the provision of value-added services and equipment for The Life Science Industry within Asia. Over the years, we have successfully served the regional division of Top 10 Global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences MNCs as well as Global Life Science Logistics Providers in their cold chain and temperature control requirements.

Consisting of a team of experienced management level cold chain industry professionals, with more than 30 years of Industry experience, well supported by a dedicated team of cold chain validation engineers; we seek to value add at every point of the cold chain from cold chain management, storage, logistics and distribution to thermal packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process including posting job ads to onboarding

• Liaise with universities to recruit potential candidate

• Assist in key areas of HR shared service functions; e.g. attending to employees’ queries/requests relating to HR policies, benefits administration, letters preparation

• Manage and advice employees on work pass and immigration related matters; application, renewal, issuance and appeals

• Provide direct support to staff on HR-related matters

• Facilitate payroll processing such as tracking timesheets and other payment

• Admin support for government grants and programme

• Other office administration and employee related matters
