Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage the manager's calendar
- Handle correspondence with clients
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, mailing, etc)
- General HR duties including scheduling of interview appointments and facilitate recruitment process of new candidates

Requirements:
- No experience required; training will be provided
- PC literate
- Excellent learning attitude and time management skills
- University undergraduates welcomed
- Singaporean only
- Due to the job's requirements to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients, a English & Mandarin speaker is preferred
- Able to commit at least 3 days per week
- Commitment period: 6 months or longer
- Able to commence work immediately
