Architects Of Life (AOL) is a Social Enterprise that specializes in developing the human potential of Youths-at-Risk and Ex-offenders through outreach, developmental & training programs. Our vision is to help transform them from stigmatized Stereotypes to societal Archetypes.
You will support the Programmes/Projects Team in planning, executing, and coordinating activities for AOL (Architects Of Life)'s beneficiaries - Youth and Ex- offenders. The intern will also manage stakeholder and partner liaison, working closely with AOL beneficiaries and volunteers in project planning and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan & Execute projects involving Youths & Ex- offenders
Coordinate with Stakeholders (partners, beneficiaries, volunteers)
Prepare project reports for evaluation & outcomes measurement
Projects you'll be involved, include SG's 1st walking tour led by ex-offenders and training courses that develops personal, career & financial mastery for ex- offenders etc
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
Project /Programme Management Skills: You will gain hands-on experience in program design & planning, creating detailed project plans, including defining objectives, scope, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
Stakeholder Collaboration: You will learn to collaborate with stakeholders, partners, beneficiaries, and volunteers, ensuring effective communication and coordination within project teams and external partners
Evaluation & Outcomes Measurement: You will learn to create project reports, summarizing project progress, outcomes, and key performance indicators, to document project outcomes
