Job Description

Customer Service officer 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests & feedback received via email and phone
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Use customer service skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
  • Requirement is bilingual speaking agent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Excellent in communication, both verbal and written in English
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry is preferred

Working Hours

  • 5.5 days /, Monday through Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturdays ( 9am -1pm )

Skills and Specifications

  • Customer service oriented
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a call centre as CSO or equivalent position

 Education

  • Minimum requirement, college level
