Job Description

We’re hiring IT Service Desk Engineer Interns to join our support team and gain real-world experience in IT operations and customer service. This internship offers hands-on exposure to user support, account administration, incident management, and technical troubleshooting in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
  • Assist with accounts: setup, password resets, and system access controls.
  • Document incidents and resolutions accurately in ITSM tools.
  • Support IMAC requests: system installations, moves, adds, and changes.
  • Escalate issues to relevant technical teams when needed.

Requirements

  • Passion for IT and service delivery.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge: systems, networks, and user account management.
  • Commitment: 5.5 days, minimum 6 months. Immediate availability is welcomed.
