Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To build, lead and motivate a team of Customer Service ambassadors to deliver excellent customer service experience in meeting the company and business objectives
- Taking ownership of customers' problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution
- Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow to ensure seamless customer experience
- Establish work procedures and process to support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives
- Set clear KPIs with organisational strategy to align business goals
- Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant managerial experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Able to speak in Mandarin to converse with our stakeholders
