Job Description

Primary Tasks

  1. Backend management of Airfrov's user interface, payment and logistics gateway systems
  2. Receiving customers when they come by the Airfrov office to deposit/collect items.
  3. Be the bridge between requestors & travellers & to deliver happiness the Airfrov way.

Secondary Tasks

  1. Assist the CEO in handling daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, modelling and any finance-related research and upkeep.
  2. Assist the team with any accounting, claims and as well as any accounting automation.

Requirements Who We're Looking For

Someone who loves:

  • to wear multiple hats 
  • everything that surrounds a startup, from meeting new people to solving challenging problems

Contract Period
A minimum commitment period of 2 months is required. Applicants who can start immediately is preferred.

We are also looking for internship positions for 

  • Aug to Nov 18 (3 immediate positions available, flexible end date)
  • Oct to Jan 19
  • Dec to Mar 19
  • Feb to May 19

Working Hours
Airfrov's operating hours are
Weekdays 8.30 am - 7.30 pm
Saturdays 9.30 am - 5.00 pm

You will be required to work 5-day work week and on alternate Saturday. TGIFs are a thing for the ops team 😉
