Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responds to general IT requests
- Provides administrative support as needed
- Procures and maintains equipment and accessories
- Ensures equipment and accessories availability and allocation
- Manages and maintains user accounts and work stations
- Conducts bi-weekly backup operations.
- Data Entry to Client Profile
- Files monthly reports
