Job Description

Overview

  • Support Sustainability Report development by coordinating ESG data collection/validation and assisting with drafting, editing, and consolidation of content and narratives.
  • Assist with materiality assessment activities, including planning/coordination support, survey/workshop logistics, and preparation/consolidation of inputs.
  • Develop and maintain operations dashboards and KPI reporting, consolidating key operational metrics, exceptions, and trends into clear management views.
  • Support operations reporting workflows, including data collection, cleaning, validation, and preparation of daily/weekly reports; track exceptions and flag emerging issues.
  • Support marketing and communications deliverables, including drafting content for internal/social channels, preparing decks/briefing materials, and creating simple visuals (e.g., Canva) aligned to brand guidelines.

 

Job Requirements

  • Genuine interest in sustainability, ESG and social impact in the logistics sector.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, conditional logic, data validation; able to build clean, auditable trackers).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through; able to manage daily deadlines, routine reporting cycles, and multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Able to simplify complex operational information into clear dashboards, summaries, and action lists for different audiences (ops teams vs management).
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance, Safety), including chasing inputs and aligning on timelines.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Canva for visuals; PowerPoint/Google Slides for decks)
