## Social Media & Content Creation Intern

**4-Day Work Week | $1,000/month | No Age Limit**

Fragrance Bak Kwa is looking for someone with **LOTS of ideas!**

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creation Intern who enjoys social media, understands what catches people's attention, and most importantly — **is not afraid to suggest and try new ideas.**

This is not an internship where you simply follow instructions or spend your time doing administrative work.

You will have the opportunity to **work closely and directly with the boss of Fragrance Bak Kwa**, pitch your ideas and actually see good ideas being tested and brought to life.

### What You’ll Be Doing

* Brainstorm fresh ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media content

* Create, film and edit short-form videos

* Keep up with social media trends and identify ideas we can adapt for our brand

* Suggest new content concepts, campaigns and creative ways to engage our audience

* Participate in content shoots at our stores and other locations

* Experiment with different types of content and see what works

* Work directly with management to turn your ideas into actual content and campaigns

### Who We’re Looking For

We care more about your **creativity, initiative and willingness to try** than how impressive your résumé is.

You might be a good fit if you:

* Have lots of ideas and enjoy brainstorming

* Keep up with TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends

* Can create content that catches people's attention

* Are comfortable filming and doing basic video editing, or willing to learn

* Are proactive and able to work independently

* Aren't afraid to say, **“I have an idea — can we try this?”**

**Experience is a bonus, but not a must.**

### No Age Limit

You don't necessarily have to be a current student.

Students, career switchers, individuals returning to the workforce, or anyone who wants hands-on social media and marketing experience are welcome to apply.

### Working Arrangement

 **Internship Allowance: $1,000/month**

 **4-day work week**

 **Friday is compulsory**

The remaining working days can be discussed based on your availability and our content schedule.

 **Candidates staying in the North of Singapore are preferred.**

Some content will require us to travel to different Fragrance outlets or locations around Singapore for filming. As you will be working closely with the boss, staying in the North makes it easier for us to **travel together to content shoots when required.**
