Aimazing is looking for a curious and driven Product Intern to help shape the future of offline retail. You'll get hands-on exposure to real product work — from talking to customers and uncovering user needs to collaborating with engineers and analysing product data. If you love solving problems, enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business, and want to learn what great product thinking looks like in practice, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Support the product team in working cross-functionally across design, engineering, and business to move features from concept to launch
Engage directly with users and partners to develop first-hand insights into their challenges and needs
Assist in user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and product opportunities
Help analyse product metrics and user feedback to inform feature decisions and iteration
Contribute to documentation, product specs, and presentations that communicate product decisions clearly
Explore how AI tools can be used to accelerate workflows and enhance product experiences
What we're looking for
User-curious: Genuine interest in understanding user problems and building things people love to use
Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data and using it to draw meaningful conclusions
Clear communicator: Able to express ideas clearly in writing and conversation, and collaborate across teams
Resourceful & proactive: Takes initiative, asks good questions, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
Technical interest: Basic familiarity with how software works; no coding required, but comfort with technical concepts is a plus
Language skills: Strong English communication; fluency in Cantonese is a plus
