Responsibilities:

• Administration of Access Profiles
• Arrange document and prepare filing
• Assist in phone calls and emails
• Support budgeting and financial controls for the department
• Assist in basic administrative duties
• Identify core processes in the company and implement policies/measures
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to focus on core process performance and strategic objectives
• Manage the process life cycle through design, implementation, optimization, and redesign and renewal
• Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
• Come up with innovative solutions to interesting problems, and document them clearly

Requirements:

• Undergraduates/polytechnic students majoring in Business, Business Administration or related courses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, independent and self-driven
• Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and team player with a high level of integrity
• Meticulous and good with numbers
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
