We are expanding our company and are now looking to hire a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Intern to join us! You will join our newly created marketing team where you will play a key part in our work to rebrand and expand our company into a new industry.
The focus of this role is to lead social media, digital marketing, and graphic design efforts for us. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, ambitious and self-motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You should also desire to go above and beyond in your work and be proactive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or have studied graphic design in related field or possess portfolio with design content
- Experience in designing digital marketing assets (banners, social media etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the re-branding of Aesperon Academy and creating a consistent digital presence of our company.
- Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns
- Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals (Posters, EDMs, Social Media graphics)
- Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies to increase our brand awareness, subsequently increasing company profits.
SUB-RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities are requested, but not required (*please highlight immediately if you meet any of these in your cover letter):
- Email marketing – launch a new CRM channel
- Create and execute successful automated email campaigns, dripping content to our customers.
- Create backlinks for the website and implement a plan to improve SEO.
PAY
- This position’s rate is based on experience and skill set
- Hours vary
