Job Description

Are you curious how ads show up at the perfect time on TikTok, Instagram, or Google?

Do you enjoy creating content, but also want to understand the strategy and data behind what actually works?

If you’re excited about both content creation and digital marketing, this role gives you hands-on exposure to both worlds.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll step into a hands-on, learning-focused role, supporting both creative production and campaign execution:

Content & Creative (Videography / Production)

  • Assist in planning and executing video shoots (studio or on-location)
  • Support filming for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, ads)
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar (basic cuts, subtitles, simple effects)
  • Research trends and contribute ideas for content that performs
  • Work with strategists, media buyers, and designers to align content with campaign goals and messaging
  • Support production logistics (setup, props, equipment)

Performance Marketing (Media Buying)

  • Assist in launching and managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Support campaign analysis, reporting, and optimisation
  • Work with account managers to understand client goals and KPIs
  • Help prepare weekly reports and performance insights
  • Learn how data, creatives, and strategy connect to drive results

What your growth will look like

About you

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related fields
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, or advertising
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and short-form trends
  • Comfortable with basic tools (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Able to balance both creative and analytical thinking

Bonus if you have

  • Personal content portfolio (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube)
  • Experience creating UGC or short-form videos
  • Basic understanding of ads or campaign performance
  • Interest in AI tools for content creation or marketing
  • Taken courses (Meta Blueprint, Google, etc.)
