We’re looking for proactive and ambitious interns to join our team — focusing on growing FLYCO’s travel retreats and brand partnership ecosystem.
This role will be heavily involved in travel experience partnerships, sponsorship sales, and brand collaborations, working closely on bringing retreats to life.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Sponsorship Development
- Identify and reach out to potential brand partners for travel retreats (e.g., wellness, beauty, travel gear, banking, lifestyle brands)
- Pitch collaboration opportunities for sponsored trips, branded experiences, and content integrations
- Build relationships with agencies, brands, and partners to drive retreat participation and sponsorship revenue
Travel Experience & Campaign Support
- Assist in crafting decks and proposals for retreat concepts, brand integrations, and sponsorship packages
- Support planning of retreat experiences (activities, brand touchpoints, content opportunities)
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to execute campaigns and trips smoothly
Sales & Growth Operations
- Manage leads, outreach pipelines, and CRM tracking
- Support performance tracking of campaigns, partnerships, and retreat sales
- Contribute ideas to improve conversion, positioning, and partnership offerings
Events & Brand Activations
- Support on-ground execution of retreats, brand activations, and partner deliverables
- Assist in organizing showcases, launches, and networking opportunities tied to FLYCO experiences
Requirements
Education & Skills
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Google Drive and basic CRM tools.
Mindset & Experience
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sales and networking.
Ability to work independently while contributing in a team setting.
Prior internship or experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or retail industry is a plus.
