• Support the HR team in daily operational and administrative tasks
• Manage, schedule, and update company database on recruitment stats
• Participate in the company’s programs/events
• Facilitate scheduled guests’ office visits whenever possible (at least twice a month)
• Sit-in interviews are conducted with the potential candidate whenever possible
• Source for business partnership opportunities which allows the company to increase their recruitment leads
• Provide ideas in helping to expand the company
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from recruitment campaigns
• Work closely with the newly recruited Financial Consultants to exemplify the company’s core values and culture
• Create, instill and foster a gracious working environment for all
