Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Intern in charge of recruiting new financial consultants, you will play a critical role in expanding our team. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, attracting talented financial consultants to our organization. This role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both business development and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential financial consultant candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for the role.
  • Assist in the development of job postings and recruitment marketing materials.

Business Development Support:

  • Identify potential markets and opportunities for financial consulting services.
  • Assist in lead generation, market research, and candidates outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics related to recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
