Job Description
- Packing and fulfilment of E-commerce (Shopee / Lazada / Redmart) online orders
- Packing and fulfilment of offline retailer orders according to delivery order to hand over to van delivery partner
- E-commerce store management including stock management, campaign joining and ad execution
- E-commerce customer service messages and review replies - prompt, friendly, sincere and helpful
- Ensure deliveries are prompt by communicating with couriers or e-commerce platform about delivery exceptions to find a resolution
- Monitoring the online marketing activities and e-commerce performance of immediate competitors
- Identifying, reporting and executing marketing opportunities and campaigns to increase e-commerce traffic
- Assist in warehouse operations
