Our focus is on building up successful brand presence locally for our products with great customer service and engagement within the local community, as well as providing customers with products that are effective, natural, sustainable and safe.

• Packing and fulfilment of E-commerce (Shopee / Lazada / Redmart) online orders
• Packing and fulfilment of offline retailer orders according to delivery order to hand over to van delivery partner
• E-commerce store management including stock management, campaign joining and ad execution
• E-commerce customer service messages and review replies - prompt, friendly, sincere and helpful
• Ensure deliveries are prompt by communicating with couriers or e-commerce platform about delivery exceptions to find a resolution
• Monitoring the online marketing activities and e-commerce performance of immediate competitors 
• Identifying, reporting and executing marketing opportunities and campaigns to increase e-commerce traffic
• Assist in warehouse operations
