Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Preparing product listing in websites and online platforms
    • Performing data entry of product listing in online platforms including uploading/editing of product images, descriptions, links and quantity updates.
  2. Delivering customer service
    • Reply online platform customer enquires through platform messenger, Q&A & customer reviews in coordination with the brand principle within the platform required timeframe
  3. Executing order fulfilment
    • Daily processing of online sales order receives in online platforms
    • Responsible to distribute airway bill, packing & arrangements of goods.
  4. Online store order cancellation/exchange/returns
    • Handles platform customer order exchange/returns and follow up accordingly
    • Updating customer cancellation/exchange/returns timely
  5. Visual Merchandising
    • Executing store-in-store updates in the online platforms for upcoming promotional campaigns.
    • Blast customer engagement feeds and seller recommendations
    • Monitoring store content score and meeting KPIs
  6. Deliver brand Experience
    • Provide good store/brand experience in relation to user-friendly online store layout, clear pricing shown, quality product images, detailed product description, and accurate content related

 

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

  1. Gain Knowledge in E-Commerce operations behind the scene
  2. To be able to use the online marketplace seller platform (Lazada, Shopee, Q10, Zalora)
  3. Understanding of the local online marketplace platforms from order processing, order returns, customer chat, promotional plans, visual merchandising to product list uploading/editing
  4. To be expose to the operations in online orders fulfilment
  5. Learn how to communicate to different stakeholders and follow instructions well

 

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing diploma in business/retail/e-commerce management related
  2. Interested and passionate about learning on e-commerce marketplaces platform
  3. Able to work in a big team and good attitude
  4. Able to cope in fast working environment
  5. Proactive in learning the role and passionate about e-commerce
  6. Take initiatives and do more than what is being asked
