1. To understand the various data sources which are currently extracted to build the monthly demand workbooks.
2. To study the format and usage of the various demand workbooks and the linkages of the final consolidation workbook for demand review process.
3. To recommend possible options to revamp the existing sales analytics dashboard and identify areas to improve the consolidation process and optimize the analytics functions.
4. To develop a tool/database which could allow user to manage the forward reporting and analysis in a more sustainable way.
