4xLabs is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual to manage our growing money services businesses and traveller communities on Biz4x and Get4x. The Community Intern will support our marketing, sales and product teams by being the go-between that actively communicates and supports the requests of both communities. Interns who do well in this role may be offered the opportunity to travel regionally to conduct market research.
Responsibilities
- Acquire an understanding about the needs of both MSB and traveller communities
- Create engaging content and programmes for both communities
- Develop and actively execute on community initiatives
- Assist in onboarding acquired money services businesses by providing them with required product training where necessary
- Responsible for account management and customer support of money services businesses where necessary (eg. new feature announcement, troubleshooting tech support)
- Encourage money service businesses to actively update their rates and accept currency exchange bookings daily
- Educate money services businesses on the new revenue opportunities available to them through Biz4x and Get4x
- Provide online chat support for Get4x users and respond to their queries and feedback
- Provide product feedback from the communities, including new feature requests
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated hands-on self-starter
- Can-do attitude with an outgoing personality
- Effective multi-tasker who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented and disciplined about project tasks
- The ideal candidate will be able to commit for 6 months on a full-time basis
- International applicants must be eligible for the Singapore Work Holiday Pass
