21 United Holdings Pte Ltd – Accounts Intern

We are a fast-growing start-up in the automotive space aiming to disrupt the way cars are discovered, bought, and sold. Since launch in mid-2019, we are now the fastest growing online car marketplace in Singapore, and we have big plans for 2021 and beyond!

We are looking for an Accounts Intern who can commit a minimum 3 - 6 months.

Job Description

• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Performing daily office tasks, such as data entry into internal databases
• Assisting with fact checks and resolving discrepancies
• Process improvement for Finance department
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Accounting principles
• Knowledge of local accounting/tax standard preferred
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoy the fast pace environment
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Independent, meticulous and has good analytical and problem-solving skills
