Job Description
Position: Receptionist *** Facilities Administrator
Location: Guoco Tower, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time on-site, BPO outsourcing
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
-Responsible for visitor reception, registration, and guidance; maintaining office operations
-Handling courier receipt and mail distribution
-Assisting with meeting room bookings, event setup, and reception arrangements
-Maintaining office supply inventory; assisting with procurement requests and material stocktaking
-Supporting the administrative team with daily operational tasks and event support
-Complying with Guoco Tower building regulations and visitor management rules
Requirements
-At least 1 year of administrative work experience; internet company background is a plus
-Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese is a plus)
-Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset
-Proficient in basic office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
