Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
Project & Digital Support
• Support digital and innovation projects under guidance from the Innovation team.
• Assist with testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre–go-live checks.
• Help with basic setup and preparation during system implementations.
• Support simple enhancements to digital workflows and project features.
Hardware Installation & System Testing
• Support installation of hardware devices.
• Assist with end-to-end internal UAT for each device before client UAT.
• Perform basic software configuration, including menu and pricing uploads.
• Support network pairing and conduct basic network speed tests.
• Assist with end-to-end transaction testing for installed devices.
• Assist with offline mode stress testing to validate device reliability.
Testing & User Experience
• Assist in testing digital ordering platforms and internal tools.
• Provide feedback on usability, layout, and user experience (UX/UI).
• Help track system usage and basic performance indicators.
Stakeholder Support
• Join check-ins or site discussions to collect user feedback.
• Help consolidate feedback and highlight common issues or improvement areas.
• Support coordination with internal teams or vendors when required.
Documentation & Reporting
• Assist with project documentation, test records, user guides, and status updates.
Basic Troubleshooting & User Support
• Provide first-level support for common system issues, under supervision:
• Log and describe issues clearly.
• Support communication with Tech teams or vendors.
• Assist with testing fixes after resolution.
• Document basic learnings and root causes.
• Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps when needed.
