As an Indoor Sales & Customer Service Executive at Freight Consolidators Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our freight forwarding operations based in the Changi East Region. This full-time position will involve managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Respond to incoming customer inquiries, provide timely and effective solutions
Process customer bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and shipments
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
