Job Description

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with rate requests and quotations.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, agents, and vendors for rate procurement.
  • Support sales staff in securing bookings and shipment opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales activities.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries on rates, schedules and cargo requirements.
  • Provide shipment status updates and service information.
  • Handle booking requests and documentation support.
