Established in 1906, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) is an internationally renowned business organisation and the apex body of the Chinese business community in Singapore. It is the founder of the biennial World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC) and the World Chinese Business Network (WCBN), a global online business portal (www.wcbn.com.sg). It plays a proactive role in representing the interests of the local business community and contributing to the economic, educational, cultural and community development in Singapore. The SCCCI invites committed individuals to join its team to take up the following position.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with registration and inquiries for SMEICC 2026
Support event preparations and setup
Perform data cleaning and data entry tasks
Prepare and manage event materials
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
A' Level or Diploma qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience in event planning is a plus
Availability to work until 31 August 2026
