Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Billing Operations: Generate and send invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients accurately and on schedule.
- Tracking of receipts: Monitor accounts for outstanding payments, and reconcile, track, or resolve payment discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Payment Operations: Verify invoice from delivery order, service report, etc and input it into systems and ensure the accuracy of posting.
- Support: Assist with ad hoc activities and special projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to handle different departments.
