Raffles Medical Group aims to provide learning opportunities for students keen in the healthcare industry to gain working experience in clinical or business functions to achieve a fruitful learning experience. Intern students may have the opportunity to work in Primary Care, Raffles Hospital or Hospital Support Services.
- Provide training and guidance to clinical attachment students to demonstrate required knowledge and skills to achieve the competencies and objectives prescribed in their training programme.
- Gain knowledge in real working life and practice what they have learnt in the classroom
- Instil students the right work ethics through interaction with people in the organisation
- To provide on-the-job training and acquire relevant skills prior to students entering the workforce
The Frontline Service Experience Programme is an industrial attachment programme for students aspiring to pursue a career in healthcare. Students will gain work experience in frontline service in a clinical setting at Raffles Medical Clinics or Raffles Specialist Clinics. Through this programme, students will be able to learn alongside our operations team and understand the job scope of various roles in a private healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Patient registration and scheduling of appointments
- Handling payment, medical reports and other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Comfortable working on 5.5 days work week schedule
- Minimally able to commit for three months
- Monthly allowance: $1,000/mth
