Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Content Specialist Intern to drive brand awareness, student engagement, and digital presence. This role involves developing marketing strategies, producing compelling content, and managing campaigns across multiple platforms to engage prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing and content strategies aligned with the school’s goals
  2. Assist in developing and producing content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials
  3. Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing collateral
  4. Manage the school’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  5. Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  6. Support the management of the school’s social media platforms, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement
  7. Help draft press releases, articles, and blog posts that showcase school activities, events, and student success stories
  8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  9. Assist in curating photos, videos, and other visual assets for marketing and communications use
  10. Track and analyse campaign performance to optimise results
  11. Provide support for school events and campaigns, including coverage and content creation

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles
  3. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing tools
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content management systems
  6. Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
  7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  8. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  9. Creative, resourceful, and proactive with a passion for design and education
  10. Adaptable to shift hours
