You must be:-
* At least 8 years of working experience in sales admin
* Excellent in spoken Mandarin and English, polite in handling incoming calls
* Proficient in MS office, Excel, Powerpoint
* Weekly reports using MS Excel in pivot tables for all online/off line sales
* Efficient in admin and sales coordination
* Organise and resourceful
* Punctual for work and meeting datelines.

1. Able to handle all sales transactions online/corporate enquiries
2. Compile weekly reports in pivot tables using MS Excel
3. Pick and pack stocks and coordinate deliveries for all orders
4. Experienced in Quick book or MYOB for PO, DO, Invoices
5. Monthly compilation of sales reports for audit submission
