JOB ROLE:

Develop fresh and innovative campaigns ideas, collaborating closely with different teams to implement them

Develop digital marketing campaigns - Together with our specialised teams in Facebook marketing, search marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing and email marketing

Analyse and track performance results; be ready to adjust approach accordingly and provide ongoing recommendations for increasing sales and improving the efficiency of marketing campaigns and messages

Strive to hit quarterly targets

Identify key trends in performance marketing and Social Media marketing in order to develop effective customer acquisition strategies

With the Head of Marketing work on website updates and initiatives to constantly improve the customer journey and tactics to increase conversion, reduce bounce rate and basket abandonment

Write all copy for EDMs and Adverts

Your Profile

Creative flair, sense of style and a great understanding of Social Media and E-Commerce

Ability to think outside the box and passion to try new things

3+ years of marketing experience is preferred

Copy writing experience is preferred

Proven track record in creating and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive sales, exposure and creative virality

Expertise in current online marketing and social media concepts, strategy and best practices

Strong planning, organisational and communication skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns

Ability to share knowledge and work in a team, but also be a self-start to hit individual goals

Experience with managing marketing campaigns for CPA targets
