Summary
The intern will have the opportunities to embark in projects to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness and be exposed to a wide spectrum of Human Resources functions.
- Come up with new HR initiatives to improve current practices
- Research on HR-related events (i.e. career talks)
- Assist in administrative work and conducting of reference checks
- Identify potential candidates for job openings via data-mining (filtering and shortlisting of resumes)
- Coordination of internal interview arrangements with the consultants in-charge
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Good work ethics and sense of confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills and resourceful
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Strong written and communication skills
- Polytechnic/University students/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
