Job description

• Receive training about Enterprise Resource Planing products, industry, and project management.

• Assist manager with ERP project implementation leveraging Yonyou ERP and Cloud Platforms to help business clients achieve business goals.

• Assist development teams in estimating and confirming the scope of customization, plan the development timeline, and execute plan.

• Assist manager with system tests and technical problems of the project, and prepare technical documentation and other deliverables to meet the project requirements

• Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstration preparation and technical solutions explanation;

• Summarize the best practice of implementation projects.

Requirement

• Be in the final or penultimate year of undergraduate studies in Accountancy, Information Systems, Supply chain management, Accountancy, Business Administration, and other ERP-relevant backgrounds.

• Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects

• Academic Training in Programming (i.e. SQL) is preferred

• Fluent in Mandarin and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterparts, able to understand English and Chinese documents.

• Willing to pursue a career in the ERP industry in the future

• Opportunities to convert to a full-time employee after the internship.
